RabbitEARS is a one-of-a-kind pet supply store specializing in rabbits and other small critters. We offer a wide range of organic, premium and super-premium cat and dog foods and treats. The backyard birder can find nuts, seeds and grains, feeders and houses. We also stock feed grains for chickens and goats.
For small critters, we have a large selection of hays, pelleted food, treats, cages, exercise pens, toys, bowls and water bottles. Needless to say, we have a huge selection of cat and small critter litters.
All of the adoptable critters at RabbitEARS are 11th hour rescues from local shelters. We do not take any owner surrendered pets. We do not buy from breeders and we do not participate in breeding. We spay/neuter all rabbits and discourage adopters from breeding smaller critters that are usually not spayed or neutered. We offer discounts on supplies to other rescue groups. In addition to family companion animal adoption services, RabbitEARS offers bird walks in the Berkeley hills, dog training, animal grooming, holistic healing classes for pets, animals for birthday parties, humane educational outreach, boarding, and bonding services.
RabbitEARS is a certified Green Business in Contra Costa County. We recycle everything possible including our organic rabbit poop. Berkeley Worms analyzed our rabbit poop and found it compatible with worm colonies. Customers routinely pick up our organic compostable garbage for free.
